http://www.gobroncs.com/deptsservs/e...ottrichbio.htm

Round 22: PATRICK CALDWELL, LHP, Yavapai CC (Curt Schilling's alma mater)

This kid will be a priority D&F next year...

From BA:

LHP/1B Patrick Caldwell was compared to the Indians' C.C. Sabathia, mostly because of his physique but also because of his potential to be a big, dominant lefthander. Caldwell threw 81-82 mph in high school and weighed 280 pounds when he enrolled in junior college. He dropped 40 pounds and his velocity improved by 8-10 mph, with the possibility of more.

Round 23: JAMARKUS JAMES, OF, Grand Prarie HS, TX

From mlb.com

COMMENT: TALL, LEAN, GREYHOUND-LIKE BODY. SLOPED SHOULDERS. BUILT LIKE FORMER MAJOR LEAGUER ERIC DAVIS. OPEN, SLIGHTLY CROUCHED STANCE. QUICKNESS IN DOWN PLANE, CHOPPING, GB, CONTACT SWING. QUICK REACTIONS IN OUTFIELD. ADEQUATE ARM. LOOSE, FLEXIBLE ACTIONS. EXPLOSIVE, LEAD OFF-TYPE SPEED. CAN STEAL A BASE ANYTIME. EXCELLENT 3-SPORT ATHLETE. SPEED TO BURN. BAT QUICKNESS & STRENGTH TO BE A CONTACT TYPE HITTER.

Round 24: Ryan Tabor, LHP, CC of Southern Nevada

Another prime D&F candidate...

Stats:
Player ERA W-L APP GS CG SHO/CBO SV IP H R ER BB SO 2B 3B HR AB B/Avg WP HBP BK SFA SHA
Ryan Tabor.......... 2.84 5-3 14 8 2 1/3 0 63.1 47 24 20 27 56 4 0 2 231 .203 6 8 0 0 2

Round 25: GARRISON CAMPFIELD, RHP, Navarro College

D&F candidate...

Round 26: SEAN KRAMER, LHP, Iona

http://www.iona.edu/gaels/profile.cfm?playerid=187

Round 27: Jeremiah Shepherd, RHP, Texarkana CC

He was a 24th round pick of the Yankees last year...

Sean Kramer was 5-8 with a poor Iona team, he`s a 6ft 6 lefty a 4yr sr and should sign.

Kramer is a good pitcher. Saw him a couple times and he was vastly improved this past season.

Round 29: Kyle Ginley, RHP, Dunnellon HS, Florida

From MLB.com:

STRONG, DURABLE FRAME. ROOM TO FILL OUT & GET STRONGER, ESPECIALLY UPPER BODY. BUILT SIMILAR TO SETH GREISINGER. FULL WINDUP, HIGH 3/4 ARM ANGLE. GOOD ARM ACTION. FB VELOCITY TOPS 90, MOST 87-88, BUT THERE'S MORE THERE. TIGHT, 11 TO 5 CB, GOOD TILT, VERY EFFECTIVE WHEN DOWN IN ZONE. FEEL FOR CIRCLE CHANGE IN PEN. COMPETES. ARM STRENGTH & PHYSICAL PROJECT. CHANCE FOR INCREASED VELOCITY DOWN THE ROAD. SPINS CB.

Round 33: Michael Dunn, 1B, CC of Southern Nevada

From BA:

• OF Mike Dunn was Houston's unsigned 14th-round pick a year ago and ended up moving to first base at Southern Nevada. He made strides with a wood bat while running the 60-yard dash in 6.7 seconds.

It just means they went for cheap instead of quality, and judging by the number of college seniors took they did it the entire draft. Not good.
