Kim Charged with Assault
Hmmmmmmm. Interesting.
Quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Photographer sues Red Sox pitcher Kim over assault Boston Red Sox closer Kim Byung-hyun was charged with assault yesterday by a photojournalist who claims he was beaten by the baseball star when trying to take photos of him in Seoul, police said. According to the written complaint lodged by the photographer, he took a few snap shots of Kim emerging from a sports center in Yoeksam-dong, southern Seoul, failing to heed Kim's warning not to photograph him last Saturday evening. Lashing out at the photographer who belongs to a major sports daily published in Seoul, Kim punched the photographer in the ribs and wrestled him to gain possession of his camera and seize the film. In doing so, his camera and some peripheral equipment worth 13 million won ($10,800) fell to the ground and were shattered, the photographer alleged. Kim has been alternating between the United States and Korea and has been "camera shy" since being left of the American League Championship Sereies due to an obscene gesture he made against his home fans at Boston's Fenway Park by raising his middle finger. "Celebrities are public figures whose personal portrait rights are not always protected or immune from the media's interest," the alleged victim contended, saying that Kim should be held responsible for the violence. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- source: www.koreaherald.co.kr/SIT...110014.asp |

I used to feel sorry for him. That compassion's gone. After giving his home crowd the finger and now this... Stay away from me, dude.

Hmmm....if I had just gotten slapped around by a guy who was 5'9" and 180lbs, I'd probably keep it a secret!

This guy has a serious problem and I'm not just referring to imploding on the mound and flipping off the fans. Looks like Game 7 of the ALCS is still having quite a devastating effect on the Sox staff. Their team doctor gets pulled over for DWI and now Kim goes ballastic because his photo was taken. Geez, he should have just let the guy photograph him doing this : :finger1: At least it wouldn't be news. |

Looks like B-K Kim needs to hang himself over the Green Monster with his feet dangling now.
This guy needs to grow up. He's a short, skinny, snake. I hope he never pitches for the Yankees. He's the skinny Armando Benitez. |
