Also, with so many people keeping players eligible at multiple positions (a restriction I did not know about at first) and the delay in people checking in for the auction, it is going to be easier I think just to do keepers as our first picks.

So make sure you rank your players in advance if you can't make the auction! I don't want to have problems where I have to rewind things because players end up on the wrong team.

My keepers offensively were foundation type guys; not value guys, though.

Sizemore, Bay, Berkman, Hafner, and Crosby and Holliday to an extent. I also have Fielder coming up from the minors.

Penny, Lee, and Lidge are all contributors, not just value. Lee and Lidge moreso than Penny at this point, but there is the potential for Penny to join them this year.


Barajas was the only real "value" guy I kept, so I have room for more on the ol' roster.

No, not pre-entered because not everyone could have been entered because of the multi-position restriction. Also, some teams were late in declaring keepers as well.
