    Thanks Hans. I'm making calls all the time.

    When you get the select from the following list, don't punch in anything...they'll think you have a rotary phone and give you a live operator (usually)

    that's one of the best things i've seen recently. i just had a hell of a time with Dell because UPS had lost the 1800 dollar laptop i bought from them.

    but i'm going home today knowing my replacement is sitting on my bed.

    9 times out of 10, hitting 0 will get you to a live person.

    Don't you ever hit the number saying "if this is Doctor?" I do that all the time.
