    My much better half will be home during the week for the next few weeks, so I'll be eating a heckuva a lot better than I normally do. Tonight she tells me we're having chicken cacciatore (I'm clueless on the spelling. I just know how to eat it ). I'm sooooo happy.

    I'm not in school anymore. I graduated in December, and I didn't live in traditional dorms. We had apartments, so I cooked for myself since we had a full kitchen.

    I'm at home and my mom had the day off, so that's what she cooked for dinner. Normally, we all just cook for ourselves during the week.

    I totally forgot (again) that you graduated. Boy, I'm getting senile at an earlier age.

    I was a semi-vegetarian for today, less the deli meat I'd inserted between two slices of bread. Some nice green leaf lettuce, shiitake (spl?) mushrooms, plum tomatoes. Sometimes I should just go veggie for a whole day.
