Re: One tv show for the rest of your life
Friends was my first thought, mostly because they stay funny even after 15 watchings. I think I've picked the X-Files clean, and I'd be bored in a big hurry.
If I could get advance copies all Lost seasons there will ever be, I might choose that. The things you see, the way you see them, will never be seen again.
Let's go through life, livin' on luck, bettin' ten thousand to ten.

Re: One tv show for the rest of your life
Actually, I did make a pick, but now that I think about it a bit more I need to know something. Is my wife there with me? It really could make my pick change. A guy gets lonely.
If I'm alone it's gotta be Playboy Night Calls. It's really the only "show" they have. Those two smokin chicks with the ginormous funbags makin out and gettin naked. I'd need that if my wife wasn't there. Otherwise, it's South Park.NYYFans Fantasy Baseball

Re: One tv show for the rest of your life
Put in another vote for Seinfeld. I would vote for "Curb Your Enthusiasm", but there aren't enough episodes (only 50).

Re: One tv show for the rest of your life
That's a tough one because what I'd really like isn't out on DVD but if we're in a "perfect" world where I can get whatever I want then I'd say Hill Street Blues ... if we have to stick with something that's ACTUALLY out on DVD then I'd say Law & Order or NYPD Blue.
Good news is, Hill Street is finally going to be released on DVD at the end of January!

Come on... it's gotta be the news here. Just like the question about being stuck on a desert island. You have to pick cheese.

Re: One tv show for the rest of your life
I guess "Law & Order", "The Odd Couple", or "The West Wing" (if JP is stranded with me, we better take that!) are good choices...what about "Cheers"? I used to love that show too and it ran for a long time.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm." Makes Seinfeld look like Golden Girls.

Seinfeld, as there are still plenty of episodes I have yet to see.
I have to pace myself.
