Respect to Curt Schilling
I calls 'em as I sees 'em:
Curt was kind enough to show up on Extreme Makeover for a disabled kid who happens to be a Red Sox fan.
All I can say is:

Re: Respect to Curt Schilling
You know all that good will from everyone you've spent the last year building up, Lou?
Consider it shot to sh*t.

Re: Respect to Curt Schilling
This appears to have been filmed toward the end of last baseball season, and we know Curt wasn't too busy then...

Re: Respect to Curt Schilling
Oh come on. Some things are bigger than a stupid baseball rivalry. If ARod had done the same thing, you would be praising him for being a great guy.

Nice. Even though he is on the enemy team and is a media whore I respect him alot for the work he does for ALS and other charities. Wish more athletes used their celebrity to help causes like him.

He is a prick but he has a heart. It is nice to see that.
SI: Do you have a secret ambition?
Igawa: That's secret.

Re: Respect to Curt Schilling
You can't recognize a decent, charitable act simply because the guy plays for the Red Sox? That's very petty.

Stacey was talking about this in LTE.. she even seemed touched by it.
I don't watch the show, but I applaud anyone, regardless of team colors, who does what they can to help. That's a behavior that should be encouraged.
Congrats Curt.

Re: Respect to Curt Schilling
Since this isn't really a baseball discussion, and is unfortunately headed down the wrong path, it's probably best if we move on.
