Question about the All Star Game
If tonights home run derby and tommorow nights all star game got rained out, what would they do? Would they move the season back 2 days so they could get it in? That would screw up the entire MLB schedule

hello everyone. my take is if you can let a game that decides home field advantage in the playoffs end in a tie.. i'm sure you can cancel it
cheers,

They'd play in the rain. They'd squeeze in the requisite 5 innings. Probably the home run derby would be cancelled...

The derby was cancelled in 88 due to rain.

Re: Re: Question about the All Star Game
when the game ended in a tie it didn't count towards the world series. in fact the whole "now it counts" thing was done partly because of the tie.Originally posted by efabian

They'd cancel the game.
They'd flip Bud Selig for home field advantage.
