Who will win the NL Rookie of the Year Award?

Dontrelle Willis, for the same reasons that I voted for him as the Cy Young Award winner.
Again, it's close between Willis and Brandon Webb, but Willis' 10 wins takes the prize.
And, if you win either the MVP or the Cy Young Award as a rookie, I think you have to win the Rookie of the Year Award too.

Dontrelle Willis. He brings so much to the Marlins. He gives them alot of energy and has helped his team very much this season.

My vote here on the poll would have to go to Dontrelle Willis. He's having a special rookie season. He also seems like a very likable guy who really loves the sport, which is always nice to see.
Not listed on the poll... Does Bo Hart have enough games at second to qualify for ROY honors? He has just been amazing both offensively and defensively for the Cardinals while filling in for Fernando Vina. He'd really be my first choice but I'm not sure he'd officially qualify.
