I love Kuroda's comment in the Yankee site article that he wanted to try to win a championship with the teammates he went to battle with last year! Nice act of loyalty.

Great news. He was our best starter last year and I expect he'll turn in another solid season. The guy knows how to pitch.
Retaining Kuroda was a priority, so it's good to get that taken care of in a relatively quick manner. Now they can focus elsewhere.
