Team Hero, August 17, 2012 vs Red Sox

    TH: Swisher
HM: Nix (for the go ahead RBI), Jeter (for the tie)
The real reason why the Yankees keep winning is cause the other team can't stop staring at the damn pinstripes

Edit: TH gotta be Jeter tonight.

Makes it 10 Yankees with double-figures in homers with # 250

Yup. Shane Spencer & Chad Curtis each had 10 to round it out. (Cheated & looked it up )

I believe that the 61 Yanks were the only team to have six players with 20 or more dingers. Maris, Mantle, Skowrun, Berra, Howard and Blanchard.

Jeters HR puts him with Mays as the only ML's with over 3000 hits, 250 HRs and 300 SB's
