Party Suites?

I saw a listing on Razorgator (re-directed) from Fansnap for Party Suite 4 Row 13 for $36 a ticket on Sunday July 29th v The Red Sox. Can this be a true listing? I do not think that Party Suites have 13 rows and they are supposed to have all inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages so I am guessing that this is a mistake. All the other seats in surrounding party suites show row 1, 2 or 3 and they are all over $100 a ticket.
