Looks like Bossmen will not be coming back. Everyone from #4 down moves up one spot in the draft with the new owner moving into the 12 spot (see updated list below). I have already reached out to Vicki (4bronxbombers), who expressed interest about joining in the past, earlier today. If I don't hear anything from her or she declines, the final spot is open. Not sure what happened to the original post, so let's try this again...

It's been a big past week in The League. Vicki, who was #1 on the waiting list, decided to hold off on her invite until another time. She keeps her spot and still has next with SouthernYankeesfan at #2. Shortly before that post from SYF was made, I received a PM from Mark, who told me his youngest son, Zach, was interested. So, the Cosenza family takeover is now at three...Lol (check this season's thread title -- it's his username...bigger LOL). In order to avoid two family members in one division, Zach's team (Yankee Universe) was placed in the Lombardi. To accommodate that move, Bag's Groove was moved into the Landry. I don't have any worries about family collusion, since father/son have functioned perfectly fine, but if anyone else has an issue, feel free to let me know. Again, I don't expect any problem. If anything, I think it will add to the fun.

On another note, his keeper, Calvin Johnson, was actually a #2 pick last year. Boss made the pick at the turn before it could be skipped, so it wasn't an issue then. It's still not an issue now since Zach is picking from the same 12 spot.

As for other business, we're almost all set -- still waiting on 3 payments & 2 Franchise Player announcements.

Thanks Ox for welcoming Zach into the league. He will be 16 by the time the draft starts, but has been my GM for a few seasons and knows the league very well. He also knows the nfl pretty good playing Madden every year. Please feel free to beat him everyone, I plan on it! LOL

1. Draft Date -- no one raised objections to Monday August 27, so that's where it currently stands....why what's up?

2. Sack points downgraded to 2 -- no additional thoughts? I personally don't have a problem with 3. Not alot of points come from D-Linemen, so when you look at the overall numbers, I don't think it's as disproportioned as it seems. Anyone???

My thoughts were an INT is 2, up to a 39 yard field goal is 3, so how can a sach be 3. Some DL will get multiple sacks in a game and it seems disproportional.

I don't have a problem with it. Over the course of a season, it works out.

So in my 100 ppr league I was offered a blockbuster trade , I currently have foster in the fifth and Antonio brown in the 8th rd...I can have McFadden in the 8th and Cruz in the 10th.

I'd stick with what you got. Foster>McFadden, and Cruz/Brown is a wash.

As far as Draft Night goes, what time are you done? We don't start til at least 8, and you're picking #2. If you set your queue, you'll get who you want in the 1st and maybe you'll be back in time for the 2nd?

On a side note, I spoke to Natalie -- looks like Marshawn Lynch, 25th. We're all set, 12 for 12!!

Decline. Foster is much better than McFadden due to Run DMC's injury history. Cruz is better than Brown, but the longer Wallace sits out the more looks Brown gets.

This is going to finally be the year when I don't have my starting QB go down with a season ending injury and finally make the bloody playoffs. I can feel it!
