Funny, in another thread I was told I was unfair in believing that someone probably did something bad - purely as a personal opinion - without his having been proven guilty.

Perhaps you're right, though, perhaps I wouldn't convict a hot dob. But if I were on a grand jury, I'd probably vote to indict a ham sandwich.

Not necessarily. "Reasonable doubt" doesn't mean that you have to be 100% certain that he did it to vote him guilty. It's not the same thing as having zero doubt as to his guilt. I have been corrected on this point many times when watching crime shows.

Really scary that alleged steroid use gets all this attention, and nobody even seems to remember that he also allegedly had an affair with a 15 year old.

Clemens seems a D-bag but if I'm not mistaken but while they met when she was 15, the sex didn't start until later after she turned 18 when her music career took off based on what McCreedy has said and Clemens I think denies it was ever sexual.

not sure which woman because it seemed to be a slide show going...his wife has held up pretty well...I don't know how she stays with him at this point though...obviously there may be other factors but it was a very young girl and it went on a long time...
