I would say that pot combined with a mental issue could definitely lead to this, as longs as the mental issue already involved wanting to chew someone's face off.

Yeah that stuff is no joke. My brother is ex-NYPD, he had to restrain a guy at the SI ferry that was on spice, said it took about 6 cops to finally take him down. My brother is a strong guy too, lifts weights, has done martial arts for over 20 years and he had to get that much backup to take the guy down.
