I believe they did play their home games at Yankee Stadium. But unlike the "real" Yankees, the "Black Yankees" were usually at the bottom of the league standings.

Yankee Stadium also hosted a number of Negro League baseball games including a 1930 series between the Homestead Grays and the Lincoln Giants. The stadium also served as home field to the New York Black Yankees.

They saw some good teams. But unfortunatly the Black Yankees were not one of them. Do not think any of the star Negro League players every played for them.
