So the deadline is this coming winter but we have Soriano for another year. Ugh, Randy Levine is a tool and better have skills that we don't know about cos the traits we do see are parallel to those of someone auditioning for "king of the muppets".

No, the $189 million number is for 2014. Soriano will be gone by then (or at least this contract will be done)

Yeah we haven't seen that approach very often from Soriano. It seems like he falls in love with his slider. It was refreshing to seem him just rear back and blow it by a hitter.

First time I've had the chance to see him this year - very impressive.
