Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
My girlfriend and I are working our way through the series, and are just a few episodes short of the season 4 finale. It's disappointing that they're ending the show after this season. I thought the ratings were strong, and in a way it seems like the plot line is just getting started.

Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
Sad news. This show and Mad Men are my favorite shows. I can't understand why they are stopping it.

Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
I am excited for this show to start like the way I used to be excited for a new season of 24.

Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
BB is doing it the right way. Go out on top and with people wanting more.
I think Dexter is stretching itself out too much. They finally went with the storyline that everybody wanted, but a season too late, IMO.
Either way, can't wait for BB to come out. Best show on TV.

Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
See I disagree about Dexter. The only season I have not enjoyed as much as any others was season 3. Otherwise I have enjoyed the entire saga. The ending will take two years to tell which is fine. Deb needed to evolve before they slammed what they did on her. You couldn't rush that. They have made some mistakes with having the audience have to stretch reality a bit and overlook some things that were pretty obvious but overall I think the show is a huge success and one of my all time favorites. I'm really looking forward to it.

It was better than a preview. It was "Remember what a bad-ass show we are?..........July15th."
Don't tease me, you know what I do for a living.

Yeah, it's cool with me. I want to see it all unfold in the context of the show, and nowhere else.
I wish we could haz a Matt Harvey.

How Breaking Bad Resurrects Its Antihero Again and Again
while the program is deeply disturbing, it’s not really depressing. There’s something downright thrilling—life-affirming, even—about it. And that’s because, whatever else it may be, Breaking Bad is the most immaculately engineered show in television history.
Structurally, Breaking Bad is like an iPad: pared down to its essentials, with no unnecessary buttons, extra parts, or confusing menus. Practically every scene advances Walt’s descent into amorality. There are only a half dozen or so main characters—remarkably few for a series of this length—and most of them are there to provide a counterpoint to the melody of Walt’s character arc.

Re: Breaking Bad (Season 5)
Yeah..can't wait..but as much as we'd love to see BB go on forever, many series start petering out after several seasons.
