well considering 3 years ago me and steve were the only owners in favor of adding mL'ers....I'd say we've made a lot of progress and hopefully within the next 3 years we can finally make some changes.

Yea the change was never made. I can't do it based on 12 out of 20 votes.

I agree! As of now we have 12 votes for an extra minor league player. 1 more and we can add one as long as we can agree on the details.

As for the 6th keeper, we need 2 more votes for.

oh wow, thanks, guess I've been living under a rock but I thought the change was made and decided to go crazy in draft pitchers early because I thought the K bonus was reduced...STOP THE DRAFT !!!

Okay we have 13 votes for an extra minor league player. This will be effective in 2013.

One more vote for a 6th keeper is needed. We will work out the details of that keeper once the final votes are cast.

Can we have a seperate poll to discuss adding DL spots? I think that's even more useful than extra keepers. For example right now I had to waive a player because I'm out of DL slots from guys I drafted.

I'm glad you said guys you drafted. I have no problem with adding DL spots as long as people don't hoard DL guys......

Yeah, I'm not looking at it as in to hoard DL guys. I drafted Berkman, Sizemore, Hudson, Morneau, Soria, and Street and they're all made of glass.

Once we figure out this current rule we'll move on to the extra DL spot. I want to focus on this right now since there is confusion on the rules for option 2.

At the preliminary meeting we should also read the minutes from the previous meeting to make sure that we are all starting on the same page!
