I think he was pointing out that today is 12/27--about to be 12/28, while the title says 12/21 (which is incorrect. That was six days ago.)

As for me, I'm just eagerly counting down the days until the world ends. From the one year date the countdown started.

John, I know that as a person who would never ever even consider continually mentioning a thing like this on a forum such as this one under any circumstances, it might be hard for you to understand, but we can't all be as saintly as you. I consider Steve a buddy, and I will continue to try to make sure that he knows what day he is. Of course, if the thread title ever gets closer to the current date, there would be no need to remind him.

It's zero days until 12/21/11, not 366.

This is going to be confusing starting tomorrow; the thread title will be in the past, and yet we will be counting forward. Or is it not really a countdown but a thread about an event a year away?

The problem is, tomorrow the thread title wont mean anything. The countdown wont be related to today's date anymore.

Maybe we can start a new thread everyday with that day's date and the new number for that day in the countdown.
