I don't understand the frequency of these guys getting caught. It seems to be about once a year a player gets suspended. That just such a weird frequency. I do think PED use is way down, but it's definitely much more widespread than just a handful of players. If they are so bad at catching the other users how do these guys get caught? Is it a case of them messing up the dosing or forgetting to take the masking drugs?
