Went to last nights game and I gotta say I like the park...yeah the neon walls take some getting used to, but considering the previous stadium to watch games(Sunlife/ProPlayer) was horrible to watch baseball in, this is a 1000% improvement.

Marlins hit 2 homeruns last night, so got to see the monstrosity in all its glory. That thing is friggin huge, TV/videos/pictures do not do it justice. They also fired it up one more time after the final out of the win.

Had great seats, with a nice view of the Miami skyline. The drive royally sucked though. all in all I give the stadium thumbs up, even though my retinas were probably burned looking at those neon green walls.

I did pre-paid parking, which guarantees you a spot in the parking garage. I paid $10. Someone told me it is now $15. Well worth it to do the pre-paid parking rather than someones yard(yea no way I was leaving my car in someones yard).

ETA:The parking attendants use these handheld scanners to read a barcode for your parking printout. They attempted to read mine 10 times from 3 different scanners before it finally read. They than told me someone already checked in with it(which is crap, it probably logged in on one of the attempted reads). When I entered the stadium, it took 2 different scanners 5 attempts to read my ticket. Their scanners suck.

For some reason, that version looks like a college uni - maybe it's because "Miami" is on the shirt instead of Marlins.
