Looking for a signed Yogi Ball
For years I've been wanting to meet Yogi (at a show or his museum) and get a signed ball.
I'm not usually a person to buy an autographed item. Between living out of the area and Yogi getting older, I have a feeling it's the only way.
I was wondering if any of you know of a reputable place to get one (not ebay) without feeding the Steiner machine. If they ask who was our star, give them 25 names, and if you forget our names, just tell them we were Yankees.

Yeah, that's Steiner.
My point was I thought maybe some of you located in NYC or the surrounding area might know of a reputable, lesser known "local" place/dealer.
I already checked MLB.Com and Yankees.com (same same) before posting and it's all Steiner. I also checked Yogi's Museum website and there's nothing to be had - I guess because he's with Steiner now....just a guess.
If that's how I have to go, then so be it. Just thought I'd take a shot.
Thanks anyway. If they ask who was our star, give them 25 names, and if you forget our names, just tell them we were Yankees.

I can't help but maybe you could try this question in the "Out of Play" subforum? This subforum doesn't get much traffic; "Out of Play" is much more widely read.

Re: Looking for a signed Yogi Ball
I think in the past (I don't know if this is still true or not), there was a way to send a reasonable donation (like $80) to the Yogi Berra Museum in exchange for a signed ball. I don't see anything about that on the website any more, though.

That's Main Line Autographs - you will not find a more reputable autograph dealer around. And you will not beat their price on a Yogi ball without taking a chance on ebay.
But if you are not comfortable with them, you can buy directly from Yogi (his sons actually) but its not through the museum. It's at yogiberra.com they are $125 with no inscription.

Re: Looking for a signed Yogi Ball
You can also try your luck on eBay, as they're always tons of Yogi autographed baseballs up for auction. To be sure you're getting the real deal, you can either familiarize yourself with his signature via Steiner examples, or you can buy from reputable dealers who have reputable COAs (PSA, JSA, and you'll even find cheaper Steiner examples).
Here are a few soon-to-end examples that are all legit:

Good luck!!
