Need quick help from an attorney...
We sent my two kids to a local day camp for two weeks -- last week and this week.
For reasons I don't want to get into, we are fearing for the physical safety of my son at this camp.
I would like to demand a refund for this week and for next week, probably for both kids.
What kind of form, or legal phrasing would I need for such a demand?
A quick reply from an attorney here would be very helpful. We have two attorneys on staff that I know of, both are out today.
Thanks in advance.

Why don't you just voice your concerns to the camp and ask for a refund first?
Without more information, it's impossible to say what type of legal recourse you may have. It's often just easier to work with the other party to reach a mutually acceptable solution.

Legal phrasing: "Gimme my money back or I'll break your legs."
