To be fair, the Sox are still in the WC lead and can still go on to win the WS. I think it's a little premature for that writer to do an in-depth analysis of the Sox "collapse." It's a bad streak at a very bad time. The Yanks have had a couple of stretches this year where they looked like the '62 Mets as well.

That said, I'm sure as hell enjoying this.

And I'm happy, but the season hasn't ended and neither has this game. Are they in the midst of a collapse? Possibly. Have they? Not yet. Can they recover and win it all? Possible. Have they played terrible baseball the past couple of weeks? Absolutely.
