With the exception of 1999, I don't think they were much of a factor from 1997 through 2002.

I dunno, Mr. Coffee (this should be a much more common phrase on these boards, btw!). I don't think Bobby V signed up just so he could troll for a year. He definitely would have broken out one of his disguises by now if that were the case. If this keeps up, though, he might need some pretty nifty disguises to travel safely around New England. I'd suggest that New Bedford probably isn't the safest place for him to be tonight.
