H2H is more of a crapshoot because stats aren't cumulative. Every week is a clean slate. If your players all go crazy during one week and you end up crushing your H2H opponent in every single category by a wide margin, you still only get 1 point for each category win. So consistency is more important in H2H. In roto, really good weeks don't get wasted because you're continually building up your stats.

H2H leagues also tend to favor unbalanced teams:

Team A

.312 AVG 2 HRS 12 SB

Team B

.310 AVG 15 HRs 10 SB

Team B is more balanced, but Team A wins two categories.

Finally, in H2H leagues, daily/weekly roster management may become more important. For instance, if you're playing a team that is really weak in SBs, maybe you sit one of your own speed guys in favor of a power hitter since you can win the steals category easily.

Edit: Nevermind, since we're not switching to roto. But I'll leave this for anyone that hasn't done H2H before either.

As for the draft, you just go to the main page before the draft and a link will appear which will bring you into the draft.

Well I have to vote for whatever one is easier just because I don't have a ton of hours to sift through stats and make trades etc.....if you guys go to something more complicated, maybe I can find a replacement for me? I don't think it will be that difficult. Let me know, that's all...

oh and if we stick to what we did last year, do I need to log in before I leave tonight or will it just do the auto draft without me being logged in? I hope that just made sense.
