I was just about to post that. It's actually STILL the first thing I think about when I hear the name Cameron. I've seen that movie way too many times.

Despite the fact that my husband would leave me for Cameron Diaz in 30 seconds, I still think of it as a man's name - I think of Ferris Bueller's friend and Cameron Crowe and it's a guy's name.

It's another name prone to creative spellings when used on girls - a friend of mine on the Harvick board has a granddaughter named Camryn and another one has a daughter Camerynn.
