1 hour concert...very fast paced. It's a 5-day event, 2 bands each evening.

How do you get the speed of your ball? Is there a radar gun?

Somewhere down the lanes there is a speed sensor or radar gun. I'm not sure how it works, but every time you throw a ball, it shows the speed up on the screen. Everything is computerized now.

I wasn't even throwing the ball as hard as I usually do. It was only going about 13 mph and I'm typically around 15-16.

13 mph is fine, as long as you can keep them off balance with your 9 mph changeup.

I don't usually go out lookin' fer anything specific. A few years ago, there was some Avon Cure or something in NYC, advertised as women running this city. That got my attention, then I realized it was fer some charity run w/women runners.

If I happen across anything, I'll let you know.

That was prob the More Half Marathon for women in Central Park. I've run that before.

I'm a member of NYRR (New York Road Runners Club) Club so I get all the races in New York but thank you Brad.

I have Friday off. Going to NH to visit my Goddaughter.

Tonight I went to my Godson's school. The entire 4th grade did individual exhibits on endangered species and they had to give parents/friends who stopped to see their exhibit a lesson on their animal. Then they had a musical collectively after.
