Morning, LTE!
Gonna get a lot of things done at home today that I have been putting off. So, I just stopped in here to say hi and then I'm closing the lid on the laptop till lunch time.

Good afternoon LTE! Went home from work early and slept for 2 hours and then still fell asleep last night! But I feel much better today.
Linda - what happened to your eye?
Jakey - I can't imagine writing to my ex on our anniversary (or any time) - that's nice that you guys get along.
Vicki - it would have been cute if he did say that.
Karen - good luck getting your stuff done!

On The Town? It doesn't seem to fit the mood, but that is all one day, right?

Good job, JL... although there aren't a lot of Bernstein Broadway musicals to choose from.

I like this version of the song from Jane Monheit - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDQiO...eature=related
(If you can find Bill Evan's "Peace Piece" that's a brilliant and lovely improvisation of "Some Other Time" by him)

I had a piece of watermelon tonight. I think I'm going to be back in the eating business tomorrow. Although, having an excuse to eat ice cream without guilt worked for me.

Re: Longest Thread Ever 4.0
I have no idea really. I originally thought it was pink eye but it doesn't seem to be getting better. It's been almost 3 weeks. I've been on two different antibiotic eye drops and nothing is working. My eye is red and gushy. There's some puffyness going on and excessive tearing too. It's starting to aggregate me because it hurts too.

I've been dealing with a chronic staph marginal infection that flares up in my left eye for years. I hope you don't have that, Linda.
