Middle of summer...most of my time is spent on the lake. Wife is in Alaska for 2 weeks so it's just me and the animals and an occasional child if one of them decides to stay home for a few hours.

Hey, Ally! Bubs is doing fine...almost 2 years old now. He still thinks I'm his mother and kneads my neck every morning before I get out bed....kind of like a painful session of acupuncture.

Wife has relatives in Alaska and is out for a family gathering - she's doing lake, mountain and glacier tours over the 2 weeks. I just couldn't get away from work right now otherwise I would love to have gone too.
