Bettie Page, R I P
A style icon to many.
She had a sad life.

For some reason, I thought she had passed away already.

How sad - it sounds like she did have a sad life, but hopefully she found some peace towards the end through her faith.
I went to the Bettie Page clothes store in Las Vegas and almost bought a polka-dot dress - they had some really cute stuff there!

Re: Bettie Page, R I P
There is a girl who works @ my hair salon who styles herself after Bettie Page. She is gorgeous...I asked my stylist once to do my bangs like that and she gently encouraged me not to do it since it would not work with my face shape, etc.

OMG, too cute! I love those dresses! I wish I still had the body for some of the tighter ones, but the swing dresses would be great!

RIP Bettie. You were a pioneer and an icon. She looked like a real woman with curves, not like a walking skeleton.

The dresses on that site are awesome! I so wish I could wear them.
