Vincent Padilla appreciation thread

Ok, I admit this is one of the dumbest threads ever.

But did anyone think it was amazing how calm Padilla was throughout all those crazy umpire calls going on against him?

First, the missed/boarderline 3rd strike to Giambi which he followed with an RBI single. Then the 2 balks, the first one (when Damon was on 1B) that appeared to be an overzealous (incorrect) call. And then calling another balk, this time with a man on 3B and 2 outs.

Yet throughout all of that he didn't go crazy, he didn't argue, he didn't even show any emotion. He just stood there with the fervor of a bank teller. I was expecting him to go apesh*t or something. I thought it was remarkable.
