Hi David, Bob. Just want to say it's been a great year and i think the Yanks are gonna go all the way. I have been a Yankee fan for alot of years, and will remain so for a long time to come. I will never forget your perfect game Coney. It was the best. LET
7:22 Bob Lorenz: Lucille, thanks for checking in with us. David has a special message for you...
7:22 David Cone: You can get my phone number.Bob Lorenz is a funny, dude, too.7:25 [Comment From joltin joe]
Coney. HAve you ever given any thought about coaching. I like you analysis of pitchers and believe you could be a solid pitching coach.
7:25 David Cone: Too much of a commitment. I have commitment issues.

Re: The David Cone said what? Thread
And the thing is Cone is not upset with the Yankees or anything- I was lucky enough to have tickets to a party suite on Saturday and Coney was in the lounge there signing autographs- I should have asked about the YES issue but I didn't think of it at the time.

Re: The David Cone said what? Thread
nice to have Cone back, probably means less or no Tino at games
The real reason why the Yankees keep winning is cause the other team can't stop staring at the damn pinstripes

O'Neill is terrible. I'd rather even have Flaherty.
