Re: Yankee Prospects#54-56
I'm thinking of adding Garrett Patterson, PJ Pilettere and one of Brett Smith/Jason Jones/Nic Chigges/Jeff Karstens/Seth Fortenberry/Steven Jackson/Grant Duff/Elio De La Rosa to the next grouping.
What say you?

Re: Yankee Prospects#54-56
I'm not one to knock other peoples picks, this list is just for fun.
but CJ Henry???? I can't believe people are picking him as a prospect. The guy was just released by Philly, and hasn't even played a game for us since hitting .184 in LOW A BALL. He struck out almost EVERY OTHER AT BAT.
I'd rather vote for Tim Battle than Henry. Battle is actually the same age, strikes out way less (shockingly), is a certainly a better fielder than a converted SS, and has a cannon of an arm.
Seriously, until he actually does something to show it was his contacts, theres no way hes a prospect.

Re: Yankee Prospects#54-56
I tend to agree, but was outvoted so put him in the pool.

Its hard to imagine that Battle strikes out less than Henry. I'm not disagreeing, but that is a big

Re: Yankee Prospects#54-56
We are starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel. I don't think anybody we have left on the list will make the majors outside of a few 16 year old internationals.

At his point on the list, I'll vote for him.
