It's in the site "title." It'll show in the top bar of your browser when you're on the main page of the site, or in the text in a tab (if you use tabs), or when you hover your mouse over the tab.

Jim shoulders the brunt of the costs for running this place for us.
He is very unobtrusive. I think if he wants to put a phrase in the whatever its called now and again, that that is certainly his right.
