Bronx Bomber Magic started a thread in Inside the Lines, and then it was quickly moved to the Sports Bar, I guess because there was too much ranting in it.
But then a moderator came along and closed the thread, even though it was already in the Sports Bar because there was already a thread about Mussina's pitching in Inside the Lines.
I don't get it. I mean, if the thread had never been moved from Inside the Lines, I understand why it would be closed, because there's no need for two...
How do you fix or update you profile on nyyfans
I wanted to post some pics of our new baby girl but it has been a while since I've done it. I tried the other day but the pics kept coming out so little that you couldn't see the baby. I know that I have to upload the pics before I post them. Right? Does anyone know of a place where I can do that?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. :)
Okay... what's the deal? I've had a couple of posts disappear lately AND, it seems the number of replies on my "Bad News for Democrats" thread has gone from over 4,200... to less than 1,700. Could someone please explain this????????
Make it refresh itself every 30 seconds or so like in CBS Sportsline.
Is there a new feature on the board which removes a former feature? To get to the last page of a thread i have to open the thread to the first page and then proceed to the last page, or any other page for that matter. It used to be that you could navegate this from the subject of the thread.
Is it just me and my browser or has something changed?
if it has, then my suggestion is to put this feature back.
edit: oops, i now see this has been talked about ad infinitum. sorry.
Where are the game threads for last year? I want to read them. Or did they not exist?
sometime i have seen threads closed, and i am sure that there are good reasons, i just sometimes don't think of them. Maybe if the mods could explain briefly why the decided to close the thread
If someone on my ignore list starts a thread, will I not be able to see that entire thread?
I figured if each player had its own thread that was continuous, it would save space, and keep everything organized. And also, one can look back to the past posts of the year. This so we don't get the million RJ threads, and soon millions of Beltran, give each guy a home, and for the yankees call it the clubhouse.
took a peak at the roster and it needs to be updated
Is anybody else having this problem with the font size shrinking. I've been going blind the past 2 days trying to read posts. I checked to see if it was me and nothing has changed on this end. Is it just some maintenence or is this what the font size will be from now on?
Thanks for any help,
I think the format of my page changed somehow. Ususally when you're looking at the list of threads in a forum, you see the yellow envelope, the thread name, name of the starter. ect. On longer threads (>1 page) it will show how many pages there are. Well for some reason, mine doesn't show that any longer. Did something change or did I do it somehow???

Do you need to have a certain number of posts like the avatars or what? I know someone out there can help me. Im not a new memeber but have never been able to figure this out. :NY:
I think it's about time. :)
How 'bout a Generic GT Forum where no posts count? I rarely participate in GTs anymore but it always seemed terribly wrong for no posts to count in Yankee GTs but count in pseudo-Pink Sox GTs. ;)
Maybe, make a sub-Forum for other teams' GTs. :)
How did you get the pictures in your signatures?
This thread was closed w/no link to another thread here. Where do we post about it then?
