Hi Jim, took a peak at the roster and it needs to be updated Richard

Is anybody else having this problem with the font size shrinking. I've been going blind the past 2 days trying to read posts. I checked to see if it was me and nothing has changed on this end. Is it just some maintenence or is this what the font size will be from now on? Thanks for any help, -Greg

Do you need to have a certain number of posts like the avatars or what? I know someone out there can help me. Im not a new memeber but have never been able to figure this out. :NY:

How 'bout a Generic GT Forum where no posts count? I rarely participate in GTs anymore but it always seemed terribly wrong for no posts to count in Yankee GTs but count in pseudo-Pink Sox GTs. ;) Maybe, make a sub-Forum for other teams' GTs. :)

How did you get the pictures in your signatures?

I just wanted to say thanks to all the people who have taken the time this weekend to use the 'report this post' button to alert us to trolls and other problems. When there's such a high volume of activity it's somewhat impossible to cover all the bases, but with your help we've been able to take care of the hot spots a lot faster than we might otherwise. Hello, I can't see the avatars. For someone reason they don't show up anymore. Help please!!!!!!!!!!

I notice that the current users at the bottom of the Forum is sort of alphabetical but when I go to an individiaul forum i,e Yanks of Out of Play or Just Convesation, I'm listed last. Is this true for everyone or am I just a little paranoid ;) ?

Have everyone who can, switch their avatar to Babe Ruth! That would be pretty cool to do and see what happens..i'll try it tonight!

After what I am seeing right now my suggestion is that there is a closed registration period during Yankee-Red Sox series, especially if the RS win. I know this site will get a lot of flak for it but the amount of trolls who come register to say one thing is ridiculous and it is very annoying. Sorry, pretty much just ranting but I do think that would be a good idea.

Given all of the high emotion today, it is obvious that many of us are frustrated/ annoyed in our postings with others. I just discovered the Ignore List last month on the "user cp" and I've got to admit it has come in handy today! :lol: So rather than being all nasty with a poster that you disagree with, lower your blood pressure by putting them on your Ignore List. I've got to tell you, it has helped me today as I am able to read all of the sensible (albeit partisan) posts from Sox...

I understand that what constitutes a ridiculous thread is a subjective thing, but I was rather surprised at how harshly MelCoop was treated when she started the "Yankees should have won 120 games" thread...While I would have titled the thread differently and I would have worded certain things differently, I still think she had some valid points. She should have the right to express her opinion and we should have the chance to discuss that opinion instead of the thread being closed within hours...

I think 1000 posts should be the point at which not only can you pick from all the avatars, but also get to use a custom user name. I mean only about 220 something out of the over 6000 users on this site have over 1000 posts, am i right? I mean 4000 seems a little steep in my opinion. Along the same lines i think custom avatars should be given at 2000, for the same reasons. Just wanted to share my opinion. Thanks Jim :)
