  7. Sticky Thread Sticky: The Schedule Formula

    This is the formula for the schedule for a 20 team, 4 division league in which each team plays division opponents twice and all other teams once. First, teams need to be grouped by division and numbered, 1 through 5 in each division and 1 through 20 for the entire league. Other than that it's not essential that you put them in any particular order, but listing them by the order of last year's finish helps assure that teams won't end up playing each other in the same weeks each year....

  6. Renaming divisions?

    I think we've given the four Yankee legends their due. Anyone up for renaming the divisions? I say we can go captains like Munson/Mattingly/Jeter Or we could do the 3 current members of the core four like Jeter/Mo/Pettitte. Anything will be cool with me, I would just like to see some change.

    So Here we go... let's do business. I'm looking for a SP. (shocking!) I'll field offers for anyone. Players I am putting ont he block officially though: Lucroy, Ike Davis, Morales, Marte, Ethier... I'm tossing guys out there I can back up with other players. But again I will trade anyone. Cano, Trumbo and Zobrist will be tough to pry from me though. :) Unless of course I can get a suitable/serviceable replacement.

  11. Week 3 - Have you been bitten by the Injury Bug?

    Questions that must be asked. Will any of the undefeated get defeated this week? Will any of the unvictorious become victorious this week? Will The Kill have a legal roster? What time will the Powerplant wake up and complain that the rosters are already locked this week (due to dopey Boston)? Who else will get bitten by the injury bug.
