  2. X-3 First look

X-Men 3 comes out in May. Along with Batman Begins and Spiderman 2 I think X2 was the best comic book movie. I think this one will be up there too. Among the new characters is Beast played by Kelsey Grammer and Archangel. USA Today has the first pics of the new members. Sadly, they still haven't worked Gambit into the series. I don't know what's holding them back. He seems to be everyone's favorite after Wolverine. http://www.usatoday.com/life/gallery/2005/x3/flash.htm

  3. Need Gift Ideas!

So, my Dad's birthday is on the 11th of Jan. and he's going to be 50. Well, I have no ideas on gifts to get him! I won't be here to celebrate it because of school, which sucks but I need some ideas. I want to get him something great because turning 50 is a big deal. Any ideas? Btw, here's a little about him: Loves to work on the house LOVES THE Yankees... he's why I'm a huge Yankee fan Loves to sail... however, our boat is going under major repairs Loves to hike Loves trains

This year's winner was Paul Walker by a hair. Feel free to discuss what you liked, what you disliked, etc. This includes guys who should have been included, guys who made you go "wtf" and the like. Thanks to everyone who participated and made it a hit. I look forward to next year's. ;)

  5. Has anyone heard of the Grand Canyon Skywalk?

http://www.snopes.com/photos/architecture/skywalk.asp "The $30 million all-glass Skywalk will hover 3,800 feet above the Colorado River over a rim of the Grand Canyon, allowing tourists to stroll on an 80-yard walk around a semicircular platform jutting beyond the canyon rim, surrounded by Plexiglas that will provide a spectacular view of the canyon floor directly below. The Skywalk is projected to open around June 2006, the attraction being part of a new Grand Canyon West resort on the...

  7. MP3 or PSP?

So for Christmas my wife and my Mother were going to get me a Dell Pocket DJ MP3 player for $199.00. But for $250.00 I thought I might like a PSP better. Because the PSP can play music, movies, and games and show pictures. I don't really "have" to have the gaming system, but for $50.00 it seems like the better deal. Just wondering what everyone else thought. Does anyone have a PSP? Would you recommend it?

  10. 2006 Predictions

Someone will get fat. I will have a donut at some point next year. I will not be the one who gets fat despite the donut. On the way to work, someone will forget something. NYYFANS.com will remain the greatest, most addictive website on the planet not featuring girl-on-girl porn. Johnny Damon will say something stupid in ST. The Red Sox as an organization will say something stupid before, during, and after ST. Anyone voting for Petra Nemwhomever will get their Brokeback on. The New York...

  11. Poll: 2005 HFC Semi-Finals: Megan Fox vs Petra Nemcova

BRACKET FINAL 4!!!! Sorry for the delay of getting the Final 4 up and running but Buckeye's been in a drunken stupor, searching for solace in the loss of Kelly Monaco and then Katherine Heigl. It was just too much for me to handle. But as the saying goes, the show must go on..... In the Final 4 we've got Scarlett Johansson, Josie Maran, Petra Nemcova and Megan Fox. Each of the 4 ladies have garnered their own cult-like following which should make for an interesting semi-final and...

  12. How does one dispose of a glass table?

Another random question from me tonight. I have a table I'm going to throw away which has a glass top. The glass is probably about 60x35, so pretty sizable. How do I throw something like this away? I think it could be dangerous to just leave it with the trash or in a dumpster. Do I need to find a dump (no idea where one is here...) and borrow a truck (and a friend) to haul it out there?

  14. The dead speak to the living "In Flanders Field"

In Flanders fields the poppies grow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place: and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below We are the dead, Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow Loved, and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders field.

This year... air compressor and a R/W DVD/ VCR player!!! Time to transfer my West Wing tapes!!! Woot!

  16. music video downloads

I just got a Video iPod for Christmas and would like to stock it up with music videos. The only problem is that the iTunes music videos are pretty damn expensive ($2 a pop). So I was wondering if anyone knew of a site where I could download free or cheap music videos to put on my iPod. Thanks.

  19. Johnnie Cochran Died

I don't have a link yet, but saw it on the news. They said he died after a long illness believed to be cancer. Many will remember him as OJ's attorney. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time. May he rest in peace. :(
