It's not so much that you find these answers. It's that you're even thinking of these questions.
I'm not sure Nova being back is a good thing.
He was sent down to make room for Nova.
Most of the time you didn't have much of a problem finding an empty seat to move to if you were stuck behind a pole.
The extremely steep pitch of the old upper deck would certainly not be allowed anymore, but I don't think the actual size of it would otherwise be a problem.
