• Rivera finally has surgery on torn ACL

Over a month after tearing his ACL in Kansas City, Mariano Rivera finally had surgery to repair the injury yesterday. Surgery had previously been delayed as Rivera attempted to treat a blood clot that prevented doctors from operating. The surgery was successful, which is a good thing but pretty much boilerplate these days. The actual surgery is the easy part, itís the rehab process that will determine when Rivera is able to return to the Yankee Stadium mound.

Rotoworld's headline is wrong, or at the very least not specific enough. We knew days ago Moncada was cleared to sign with an MLB team...by the US government.
