Partial building collapse in Manhattan's East 50s

It's supposed to be 331 E 52nd or 51st St. That's by the V, E or 6 trains, near the Lexington Ave stop, and it's between 2nd & 3rd Ave.

From what I've heard, the 1st floor collapsed into the basement. Expect delayed subway service, so that the entire building doesn't collapse.

It occurred sometime around 11am or 11:30am this morning.

I saw a little footage on the news of the rescue efforts, but wasn't able to hear the tv where I was...any updates on the people in the building? Were they able to get out? Praying for the best possible news, but not sure what happened.
