I've heard good things about AVG. Have you been keeping up with all their updates? If not, that may explain why it's not working for you. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them and describe the problem you're having if that's not the case. Good luck!

I have had AVG for awhile. I did start having problems with it, but I uninstalled it and re downloaded it again and it works fine now.

I also have another free one called AntiVir.
