In case anyone is planning a trip to Tampa in March. I received the email this evening that individual ST game tickets are scheduled to go on sale this Friday @ 10 a.m..
I've added the Link provided in the email below:

http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/spring_training/y2006/tickets.jsp?c_id=nyy

Note: 'Check back for complete details' :( It says to click on the 'T' for games you wish to attend, but when you open the schedule...there is no 'T' to click. Hopefully they'll have that corrected before Friday morning.

I already have tix to the two games they play in Jupiter on March 17/18th. Friday vs the Cards, and Saturday vs the Marlins. WOO HOO! :D

Why wait until tommorrow...

You wait until tomorrow beacuse tickets only cost $10-17 not the $70+ that link is trying to charge. I know it supports this site and everything but $100+ for a ST game? You have to be kidding.

I did good. 3/22 lower level behind home plate and 3/26 lower level between third and home. March can't get here soon enough!

I am a Yankee fan from the midwest. I always go to Legends Field with my father in March to see a few Yankees games.

It's always a bit of a hassle to order tickets through ticketmaster. They don't understand how the system works, such as wheelchair sections at Legends are Row QQ, we always order 1 wheelchair seat and 1 companion seat. Every year, we need to explain that the wheelchair section is row QQ, the w means a wheelchair seat and the c means a companion seat. They always try to sell us either 2 w seats or 2 c seats, not one of each.

My father and I bought tickets to 4 Yankees games at Legends for this spring when tickets went on sale Saturday the 6th via ticketmaster. Like we have to do every year, we had to explain the wheelchair sections at Legends are row QQ the w means a wheelchair seat and the c means a companion seat. Last Monday, we got a call from ticketmaster telling us that they sold us 2 wheelchair seats for every game and not 1 wheelchair seat and 1 companion seat. As a matter of fact, to my understanding, they sold everybody who wanted a wheelchair seat with a companion seat, just wheelchair seats with no companion seats with them. Ticketmaster had to call everybody back to straighten it out. Everything, we think and hope is straighten out now. We got 1 wheelchair seat and 1 companion seat for every game now.

I realize that the Yankees and Ticketmaster have a agreement where the team can't take phone orders for wheelchair seating themselves. But there is a MAJOR problem with getting wheelchair seats via ticketmaster. The ticket agents need better understanding of how the wheelchair seating is at Legends, the companion seat is a actual seat and not a empty space where a folding chair can be brought to.

Has anyone else had this problem dealing with ticketmaster?
