I don't know what to make of Ricky Williams, played very good football, then he retires, files his retirement papers, etc.

Ricky Willaims is a weirdo. I was wondering if that was allowed by the way. If he wanted, could he just sign with another team right now? Wouldn't that be a pretty easy was to get out of a contract?
