Nomar lost the game for the Sox today, as he let the game winning hit go by him.
Nice job Nomar. Sox lose 7-6!
And K.C. became the first team in 92 years to win its first 11 home games ... if they can win again tomorrow, they'll tie a modern major league record now held by the 1911 Detroit Tigers ...
And Nomah has made 8 errors this season so far!
What's worse is, the Red Sox had rallied from a 5-0 deficit to take the lead in the top of the 9th, 6-5, ready to pull within 2.5 games from the Yanks...
But the good ole' Closer By Committe pulls through again! Theo and Grady must be just so gosh darn proud of these guys! :gulp:

Lol, but it's the Boston Fans that keep saying with a vengence that jeter's the one who makes all the errors and has no range. I love it.

Didn't Nomar also make three errors in one game recently? He hasn't been hitting as well as he usually does either. It's still early so there's a good chance he will turn everything around but I'm a little surprised at the way he's been playing this season. I wonder what's up with him?

I see you guys Failed to mention that Nomar also hit a two run BOMB over the 400' wall in center field to tie the game at five. That is just a minor detail.
I will be the first to admit he as not played a great SS this year and he as always had a wild arm.

What happened when Bill Buckner ran out into the street in front of a speeding bus?
The bus went through his legs ;)
Bad Joke, but It still brings a good image to mind.

There was this one Anti-Yankee website, proclaiming Jeter as gay, which had loads of photos that, in the wrong context, could look very suspicious. However, we all know that to be nothing short of Red Sox fan rabid drivel.

yeah, yeah i know.....except in the no-hitter they mobbed the mound all together. gang-celebrations like that are one thing, actually nevermind forget I said anything at all.
however the funniest animated Jeter .gif I ever saw was one this kid made where it showed Jeter sliding into third base and colliding with the third baseman except when he made contact there was a big poof of smoke and when it cleared jeter was gone and instead tinkerbell appeared and flew off into the stands.
Not that I condone that sort of thing, it did make me laugh though.

Didn't see this anywhere:
TNS round-up (http://www.sportingnews.com/voices/ken_rosenthal/20030511.html)
The Red Sox's dismissal of manager Jimy Williams in 2001 might have precipitated the throwing problems of shortstops Nomar Garciappara, who is on pace to finish with 36 errors after leading AL shortstops with 25 last season.
"I don't think his throwing mechanics are as good as when Jimy was there," one scout says. "Jimy worked with him every day. A lot of times, Nomar doesn't get his feet under him. He's a little bit of a slinger, and it gives him problems with his accuracy."
Garciaparra made a career-low 17 errors in '99 and 18 in 2000, his last full season under Williams. ...
Be seeing you,
