LOL, but I think the Mets hold the all-time list for notoriety at the hot corner, which is historically their Bermuda triangle. As of 1997 (when SI did an ode to the Mets' thirdbasemen... anyone who can dig it up and post it here I'll love you for life!), there were 119 men whom had occupied that position in their 35-year history. That's pretty damn awful.:P

Gee, who could forget that sweet glove that Steve Sax wielded at 3rd. I've seen farmers look better trying to pick up a snake with a stick look better than Sax did at 3rd.
