Man! Look at that swing! Reggie could hit a ball as hard as anyone I've ever seen. I don't think there's been a player that people seem to either love or hate as much as Reggie. As for myself, I loved Reggie up in a big spot. There were times he carried that team.

Those three consecutive home runs on three consecutive pitches.
First off Burt Hooten(develpoer of the knuckle Curve)
Second off Elias Sosa, same spot as the first wicked liner lower RF..
Third into the Black of Knuckle Baller Charlie Hough.

Fans often forget Reggie actually hit 4 homers in his last 4 AB's of 1977 World Series. In his final at bat at LA he hit a homer off Bob Welch in Game 5.

Here is a photo of Reggie and Bucky after the 1978 Playoff game at Friendly Fenway...

It is easy to forget...While Bucky's homer gave us the lead, it was Reggie's solo blast that was the difference in that 5 - 4 win.

:NY: He could hit the ball a mile. Other than his WS heroics the HR I remember most was the one he hit in the all star game in Detroit. Hit the light tower and the ball was still rising. Hardest ball I have ever seen hit to this day.

Actually they were pretty good: peanuts and caramel covered in milk chocolate.
