We will be starting our Expansion Draft on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Well, now that the keeper deadline has passed it is time for our two expansion teams (DontHateonNumber2 and gdn) to participate in the expansion draft. Here are the rules:

1. Both owners will be allowed to select up to five major league players to keep. These keepers will be taken from New York Squeaks and Naked Truth's rosters from last year. I will provide them the rounds the players will be kept.

2. This will be a snake draft.

3. Minor League players are not eligible.

4. Each owner will be given 12 hours to make their draft pick. Normally I would allot 24 hours but I already posted the Expansion Draft eligible players and I need some time to insert keepers. If you have consecutive picks you will be required to pick both players within 12 hours. Please PM each other whenever you make a pick. If you do not make a pick in the allotted time you will be forced to pass on the pick.

Building for the long term? He can only be kept once, after all.

Be seeing you,

I can see a long term investment elsewhere but Kershaw is going to dominate in our fantasy league this year. I predict top 3. I know it's important to stack up long term investments and Matusz is a great pick for that. But in this case I have to go with this year over future investments just based on what I feel Kershaw may be worth to our scoring system.

But hey who knows I suck in this league. If I drafted Kershaw he'd get hurt by the end of April.

You may have just jinxed him simply by talking about him. LOL

That is why Kershaw was not taken with the second pick.

What's sad is that I think I knew he was hurt and simply forgot. I was originally going to take Geo Soto, then Leo Nunez. I should've taken either one of those scrubs. Womp wooooomp.

when did he get hurt? I see nothing on his player page
