This team reminds me of the original Mets. They were a team that were constantly doing things that caused them to be the laughing stock of the Nat. League. However, I don't think they ever wore jerseys that were misspelled.

Is this the only thread about the Nationals? These guys are must-see tv, people. They are horrendously bad, and wildly entertaining to watch. Every game, they make a mistake that just makes your jaw drop in awe, and you say to yourself, it can't get any worse than that. But then you watch the next game, and they do something even worse. I've paid my rent the past two months by betting on whoever is playing the Nats.

They never should have been named the Nationals in the first place. The Washington Filibusters would have been so much better.
